A warm welcome to all from Iona holiday Home here in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
Wether you are looking for a place to use as a base as you explore the amazing county of North Yorkshire, or you are looking for a simple home from home to relax in and enjoy some time away from it all, please take a look at our price list below.
We do not offer lots of fancy bells and whistles, but what we do offer is a comfortable, clean home for you to call your own for your holiday.
There is a kitchen with oven and microwave as well as a utility space with washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle (newly fitted last year) in addition to the bath tub. The living area is spacious with a small TV/DVD player and electric fire. The property has central heating throughout and also has free Wi-FI.
We have a no-smoking and no pet policy and unfortunately we are unable to take children under the age of 8.
