We at Iona know how precious it is to get away from it all. With everything that has gone on over the last couple of years we have decided to freeze last years prices so you can holiday this year for the same amazing value as last year.

Wether you are looking for a place to use as a base as you explore the amazing county of North Yorkshire, or you are looking for a simple home from home to relax in and enjoy some time away from it all, please take a look at our price list below.  

We do not offer lots of fancy bells and whistles, but what we do offer is a comfortable, clean home for you to call your own for your holiday.

We have 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 people (one double, one twin, one single)

There is a kitchen with oven and microwave as well as a utility space with washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle (newly fitted last year) in addition to the bath tub. The living area is spacious with a small TV/DVD player and electric fire. The property has central heating throughout.

Please note :- We are unable to take children under the age of 8 and sadly we cannot take pets of any kind.

After what has been quite a couple of years for everyone we are hoping that holidaying in 2022 will be far easier.. not to mention much needed.

We are ready to welcome you to Iona Holiday Home once more.  

Fancy a nice break away from it all on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast?

Iona Holiday home is based in Scarborough and is an ideal base for all your holiday needs. It is close to the Sea Life Centre and the Cleveland Way coastal walk. However, it is an easy drive into the town centre and is also on a regular bus route. The North York Moors, Pickering and the NYM Railway, Goathland and Whitby (locations for “Heartbeat” and “The Royal”) are within easy driving distance and the City of York is only an hour’s drive or train journey away.

We have three bedrooms and can sleep 5 people, one double. one twin and one single. Sadly we are unable to take children under the age of 8 and we are a pet free holiday home.
